• Product Description: We sell groceries, including traditional rice, millets, spices, etc. We strive for accuracy in descriptions, but product images and weights may vary slightly.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

• Order Confirmation: Placing an order is an offer to buy. Order acceptance is complete only when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email or message.
• Order Cancellation (By Us): We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If your payment has been processed, we will refund the amount.

All payments must be made at the time of placing the order via the payment methods offered (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, COD where available). Payment processing is handled by secure, third-party payment gateways.

• Shipping: We will deliver products to the address specified in your order. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
• Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
• Inspection: You must inspect the products upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancy.

• Grocery Items: Due to the perishable nature of some products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Procedure: Any request for return or refund must be raised within [24 hours] of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product lists, is the property of Ariharan Stores and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

• Limitation: Ariharan Stores shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the Site or products purchased.
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
